• Queries from parents should include the relevant member of staff/year group in the subject line. If no staff member is referenced, the email will be forwarded to a member of the senior leadership team.
• Queries or complaints from members of the public will be addressed by the headteacher.  
• Queries in relation to SEND should be addressed to Helen Prentis our deputy headteacher and SENDCo.

Direct emails to specific members of staff, including senior leaders, are not permitted.
